What's Happening
Symmetry is the cornerstone of beauty, aesthetic harmony, and geometry, as well as contextualizing all human relationships and forms of exchange. Calling in symmetry evokes its opposite, asymmetry, and both reveal yet another factor: chirality. In this lab we will work with the ways symmetry arises in astrologies across cultures and eras, from Egypt, to Greece, to Persia, to today. We’ll learn how to see what’s been hiding in plain sight.
This intensive lab will deepen your somatic knowledge of the tropical zodiac, lunar mansions, the movements of celestial factors and how they interact in the sky ecology of our unfolding lives. This Lab is enhanced if you’ve enrolled in the Holographic Astrology and Astrology of Relationship(s) weekend intensives.
Weekend Schedule:
- Friday (12pm-2pm): Intro to Symmetry; Antiscia and Contra-antiscia
- Saturday Morning (10am-12pm): Thema Mundi and Lunar Mansions
- Saturday Afternoon (2pm-4pm): Hidden symmetry of Lots/Parts
- Sunday Morning (10am-12pm): All about Midpoints
- Sunday Afternoon (2pm-4pm): Deep time symmetry; chirality in motion

THIS LAB INCLUDES:
- 10+ hours of hands-on instruction.
- break-out sessions, explorative research time, and Q&As to build understanding.
- access to primary and secondary sources in the CAELi library collection.
- access to a private online portal in the CAELi virtual campus for our use before, during, and after the intensive.
- recordings of the entire weekend’s lectures.
- detailed lesson notes & interactive worksheets.
- all students who complete their final project will receive continuing education credits towards the CAELi Certificate in Comparative Astrology (CCOMPAS).

Dr Jenn Zahrt
Dr Jenn Zahrt loves creating spaces where your astrology can flourish by feeling the freedom to play with complex techniques in the safety of a living learning environment that is especially enriching for neurodynamic brains. She founded CAELi in 2021. She writes the Bound Report, hosts the Within Orb podcast, serves as the president of the International Society for Astrological Research, a company director of Sophia Centre Press, and the engine behind Revelore Press (US). Her poetry and translations have been published worldwide, and she really, like really loves comparative astrology.
